Live-Only Strong Bones Community Classes

If you ever took my classes (or wanted to take my classes) in the old Revel community, you found me! If you never heard of Revel, but are interested in these live-only classes, welcome! Not only do I love the community, but I serve the community with 30 minute osteoporosis-friendly classes.

Things to know:

  1. Schedule in ET - Sunday 11am - 5 Best Exercises for Osteoporosis; Monday 1:30pm, Wednesday 1:30pm, & Thursday 11am - Pilates for Neck & Shoulder Pain; Tuesday 11am - Strong Bones Pilates Mat.

  2. No replays - live class only.

  3. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. That said, you can sign up for class same day, and if you have a true emergency, let me know.

Classes for 2023 are open for registration now. Sign up now for one of only 8 unlimited subscriptions, and I'll be sure to extend you through the end of whatever month you're due to renew, so you won't lose any time.

Plus, as a subscriber you'll be unaffected by any future price increases. Community classes are currently $7 per class.
